Our Belief
The Iroko tree grows slowly.
It becomes something harder than stone, more beautiful for the wait.
We design and build spaces that carry weight — in material, in feeling, in time. Architecture that ages honestly. Interiors that deepen with use. Furniture made to outlast its generation.
This is not about style. It is about substance — the conviction that the places where people live and work deserve the same rigour, the same care, and the same patience that go into anything made to last.
What We Do
Four disciplines.
One sensibility.

How We Work
A clear process. No surprises.
Kickoff
We sit with you, unhurried, to understand your brief, your site, and what success truly looks like for you. The quality of the outcome depends on the quality of this conversation.
Design
Concept drawings, material palettes, and spatial studies. We iterate until every decision feels not chosen but inevitable — the only honest answer the site could give.
Build
We manage construction and fabrication closely, at every stage. A design is only as good as its delivery. We do not step back when the build begins.
Handover
A finished space that is entirely yours. We remain available long after handover — because a building reveals itself over time, and so do its needs.
Begin a Conversation
You have a space in mind.
We know how to realise it.
Tell us about your project — a home, an office, a single chair, or a garden. Every engagement begins with a conversation, and every conversation begins here.
