Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 June 2026.  These terms govern use of this website. They are not an engagement agreement. The relationship between The Iroko Group and a client on any live project is defined only by a separate signed document.

What This Website Is

This website exists to introduce The Iroko Group, to present our work, and to give prospective clients a considered first point of contact. It is not a marketplace, a booking platform, or a design portal. No project begins here — a project begins with a conversation, and a conversation becomes a project only through a written agreement signed by both parties.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Permitted Use

You may use this website to learn about our practice, view our portfolio, and submit an enquiry. You agree not to misuse it — including by attempting unauthorised access, submitting malicious content, scraping content with automated tools, submitting false or fraudulent enquiries, or interfering with how the site operates. These terms are governed by Nigerian law.

What We Do

The Iroko Group is a Lagos-based studio. Our practice covers five disciplines, always commissioned through a formal project agreement.

  • Architecture
  • Interior design
  • Furniture consultancy and procurement guidance
  • Landscaping
  • Project management

Portfolio descriptions, material references, and project images on this website represent past work. Scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for any new project are confirmed only through a signed proposal or engagement letter — never through a website enquiry alone.

Our Enquiry Commitment

When you reach out, we commit to responding with the same seriousness you brought to your enquiry. These service levels apply to website contact only — they are not project delivery commitments.

Enquiry acknowledgement

Within 24 hours on business days

Initial follow-up

Within 3 to 5 business hours where enquiry information is complete

Business hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm WAT

Exclusions

No Payments Through This Website

This website does not process or accept payments of any kind. All fees, retainers, deposits, and project costs are handled outside this website through formal agreements. If you are ever asked to make a payment through a link that appears to originate from this website, treat it as suspicious and contact us directly.

Intellectual Property

The work shown on this website — drawings, photographs, interior schemes, landscape compositions, furniture designs, and written material — represents years of craft and belongs to Iroko Interiors Design Limited or is used under licence. You may not copy, republish, modify, or commercially use any of it without written permission. Inspiration is welcome; reproduction is not.

Accuracy

We keep website content as accurate as possible, but project images, service descriptions, and availability can change as our practice evolves. Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice for your specific situation, nor does it create a client relationship or binding obligation by itself.

Security and Sensitive Information

The enquiry form is a first point of contact — not a secure document exchange. Do not submit payment card details, identity documents, passwords, or highly sensitive materials through it. Formal project documentation should move through agreed secure channels after an engagement has been confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, website downtime, third-party platform issues, or reliance on website content outside a separate signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
